This beautiful cypress table was made for the Silver family. They recently relocated to
North Carolina from Florida and wanted a new table for thier mountain home! The only problem was that Jenny wanted a
large table (8' long) that could seat 10 people during holidays and special occasions, but really only had room for a
6' table for day-to-day living. The solution - company boards! Trying to stay away from the "leaf-in-the-center-of-the-table"
design that cuts a table in half, Shawn placed the perpendicular bread boards on the ends on sliding support rails.
Those boards can be unclipped, then slid out and have a company board inserted to add an extra foot of length onto each end.
The result is a 6' Table that can be opened up to 8'.

| Here is the table when it is 6' long and can seat 6-8 people |
| The breadboards can be unclipped and then slid out on thier support rails |
| A 12" wide company board can be added on each end between the breadboard and the table top |
| With the company boards on each end, the table grows 2 feet longer |
| Now the 6' table has become an 8' long table |

| With the company boards in place, the table can now seat 10 people comfortably |
