This awesome coffee table measures 36" wide, 5' long and is 19" tall.  It features a functional "magazine" shelf underneath, with iron "clavos" nails adorning the leg joints.  The amazing thing about this table is the story of its journey. The table was made from the salvaged cypress siding from an old 1920's beach cottage on Anna Maria Island (Bradenton, FL) that was razed in 2009 (click on the photo at the bottom of the page for more info).  Unknown to the family who ordered it, or to Shawn until he delivered it to them, the table has found its way back home - it now resides with it's new home a mere five blocks down the road from where the origional cottage stood.  Shawn firmly believes that the wood he uses in his projects carries a memory and even a personality - apparently this cypress likes the salt air and sunshine!
